Risk of loss and title for all items purchased from Wholistic Response passes to you upon your receipt of the item from the carrier.

Product Descriptions

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Wholistic Response does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product we offer is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Purchasing

If you wish to purchase any products offered on this site, your purchase will be governed by these terms.

Payment Methods and Billing

If you wish to purchase products at Wholistic Response, you must provide valid credit card information on the site’s order form. We currently accept the following credit cards: VISA and MASTERCARD. By submitting such credit card information, you give Wholistic Response permission to charge your purchases to the card you designate at the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order, any time and for any reason. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, you shall receive a credit to your card account in the amount of the charge. We will not be responsible

1. for any charges that your card issuer may apply to you as a result of our processing your order,

2. if your card issuer refuses or fails to authorize payment by you

3. for any delays or non-delivery of products that may arise due to any validation checks that may be carried out regarding your payment or identification.

Order Acceptance

• Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy, and your order is shipped.

• Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase; inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information; product or ingredient restrictions mandated by local, state, national or international regulations; or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance group. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit or debit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your card in the amount of the charge.

Pricing or Typographical Errors

We work hard to provide accurate product and pricing information. However, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is incorrectly priced, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Quantity Limits and Items for Resale

Wholistic Response reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer e-mail and/or billing address provided should such limits be applied. We also reserve the right to prohibit sales to dealers.

Shipping Policies

All in-stock products generally ship within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please note that shipping rates are per order, not per package.

Shipping Methods

• All orders to Canadian destinations are shipping via: Canada Post Regular Parcel; Xpresspost; Expedited Parcel; or Priority Service.

• All orders to U.S. destinations are shipped via: Canada Post Xpresspost-USA; Expedited Parcel–USA; Priority service; FedEx; or UPS.

• All International orders are shipped via: Canada Post–Priority; Xpresspost–International; International Air or Surface; FedEx; or UPS.

US and International Shipping

• Rates vary based on total weight and final destination. Pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local Customs office.

• We will notify you of any complications with your credit card.

• Wholistic Response strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law with Canada or abroad.

Back-ordered Items

In the event that any items ordered are not available at the time your order is shipped, you will be contacted by phone and /or email to determine whether to

1. Hold your order until backorders are filled.

2. Ship your partial order immediately and cancel backorder.

3. Ship your partial order immediately and when available, ship the back-ordered item(s) free of charge.

Refunds and Returns

Wholistic Response believes in the quality and effectiveness of the products we sell. We also believe in providing you with complete customer satisfaction.

If you have a product that you wish to return for replacement or refund, please review the following information.

Product Replacement

• Should you receive damaged product or product that has been damaged in shipping, we ask that you email us photos of the product and the box in which it was sent. This information helps us to improve our services and file the necessary claims. We will then issue you a no-cost replacement.

• Should you receive the wrong product, you can return it for the correct replacement. We will refund you the cost of the return shipping and make any necessary adjustments to your bill.

Refunds

• If a purchased product does not agree with you, you can return it for a full product refund. However, if you have purchased more than one bottle or container of this product, you will only receive a refund for the unopened products. If all the products have been opened, you will receive a refund for one product. Wholistic Response will not cover the shipping cost of this return. We require that the product be returned within 30 days of the initial order. As this product does not agree with you, we reserve the right not to sell it to you again.

• Please note that we do not offer refunds for bulk orders.

• Refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. It will take between 3-5 business days for your refund to process.

For first-time customers, we suggest that you purchase a small bottle or container of a product to see if it agrees with you.
