Your Account

Your Orders

  • Check order status

    It's easy to check the status of your order. Sign in to your Wholistic Response account to get a summary of your orders. You'll see

    - the date and time your order was placed
    - the status of your order
    - the estimated shipping and delivery dates
    - the shipping method
    - the package tracking information for items that have been shipped (if applicable)

    You will see three possible order statuses:

    • Not yet shipped – This status indicates that we have received your order and are processing it. If you need to cancel or modify your order, this is the time to do it.
    • Prepared for shipment – Your items have already been prepared for shipment and cannot be changed. You will be notified by email when your order has shipped.
    • Shipped – We've shipped your order using the shipping method you selected.
    Please note that most orders that you place on Wholistic Response entre the shipping process quickly so that we can get your items to you. Orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified.
  • Change your order
    If you recently placed an order and you would like to purchase additional items, you can place a new order online.
    If you wish to modify an existing order, you must sign in to your Account and select to view the order details of an order to find out if you can still make changes to an order. You may be able to make changes, provided the order has not been prepared for shipment or has shipped.
  • Cancel items/order
    You can cancel an item or an entire order, provided that your order has not been prepared for shipment, or has not shipped.
    You can edit your order any time through your open shopping cart.
    If you are unable to cancel certain items or an entire order in the available time, please review our Returns and Refunds section.
  • View / print order history
    You can view and print all of your invoices by signing in to your account.

We use the best carriers available to make sure that you get your order on time. Please review the information below to learn about our shipping times, methods, and costs.

Your Account Settings

  • Find / reset password
    If you forget or need to reset your password, go to your log in. You will find the link there.
  • Editing your personal information
    You can add, modify, and delete your personal information, including your saved addresses and contact information when you log into your Account.

Your Payment Methods and Settings

  • Accepted Forms of Payment
    Wholistic Response currently accepts VISA and MASTERCARD as payment for orders.
  • Declined Payments
    Please note that your bank does not provide Wholistic Response with information about why your payment was declined for security and privacy reason. Because of this, you will likely need to contact your bank directly to most payment issues
  • Editing your settings
    You can add, delete, or update the payment methods stored on your Wholistic Response account. Remember that making a change in your Account will modify the payment options available for future orders.

Your Personal Content

  • Recommended for You
    Recommended for you is a way of making sure that you don't miss the perfect product. We determine your interests by examining the items you've purchased and item's you've viewed or commented on. We then compare your activity on our site with that of other customers. Using this comparison, we are able to recommend other items that may interest you.
    You can edit, improve, or remove what we have Recommended for You.
  • Your Product Reviews
    You can create, edit, or delete a product review that you have made once you log into your account.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Shipping Methods
    Wholistic Response offers a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs:
    • Standard Shipping – delivers within 5 to 7 business days after shipping.
    • 2 Day Shipping – guaranteed delivery within 2 business days after shipping
    • 2-3 Day International Shipping – guaranteed delivery within 2 to 3 business days after shipping
    • Next Business Day – guaranteed delivery within 1 business day after shipping.
  • Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order on Wholistic Response.
    Orders over $150 (before taxes and shipping) are eligible for free shipping under standard shipping methods. Bulk orders do not qualify for free shipping.

Tracking Your Package

Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order and confirming your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates, if available. Once your order is prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive another email notifying you that your order is on its way. This notification email will also include carrier and tracking information.

Problems with Your Shipment

If you received wrong or damaged product during shipping, please contact us.
If you paid for a certain shipping method and did not receive your package in that time frame, please contact us.

Refunds & Replacements

We hope that you are pleased with our products. If you are dissatisfied with an item, we're here to help.

How to make a Return

  • If you wish to make a return to Wholistic Response, please use the following mailing address

    Please include with your package, a reason for the return so that we may process it accordingly.

Make the most of Wholistic Response by setting up an account with us. Your account is comprised of your Wholistic Response username and password. To create a Wholistic Response account or to sign in using an existing account, click here.

Product Refund

  • If a purchased product does not agree with you, you can return it for a full product refund. However, if you have purchased more than one bottle or container of this product, you will only receive a refund for the unopened products. If all the products have been opened, you will receive a refund for one product. Wholistic Response will not cover the shipping cost of this return. We require that the product be returned within 30 days of the initial order. As this product does not agree with you, we reserve the right not to sell it to you again.
    Please note that we do not offer refunds for bulk orders.Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s). As we currently are only accepting credit cards, your refund will be processed on the card that you used to place the order. The refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact your card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
    For first-time customers, we suggest that you purchase a small bottle or container of a product to see if it agrees with you

Product Replacement

  • Damaged Products
    Should you receive damaged product or product that has been damaged in shipping, we ask that you email us photos of the product and the box in which it was sent. This information helps us to improve our services and file necessary claims. We will then issue you a no-cost replacement.
  • Wrong Product
    Should you receive the wrong product, you can return it for the correct replacement. We will refund you the cost of the return shipping and make any necessary adjustments to your bill.
