Adults and adolescents 14 and over: 2-4 drops 3-4 times per day
Shake well before use.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Heat sensation is normal. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the seal is broken. Store at room temperature.

After I had two children, and with the stress of being a doctor’s wife, it became my constant, unwanted companion.
