Adults and children > 12 years:
as a sleep aid: 60 drops (2mL) before bedtime. as a sedative: 20-45 drops (0.8-1.5mL) 3x daily on an empty stomach (between meals)
Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia), if symptoms persist or worsen, or before use if you have depression and/or related diseases, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, other medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle, or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
