Adults: Add 30 grams (15 teaspoons) of ground herbs to 1 litre (4 cups) of cold water. Bring to a boil and then simmer at reduced heat for 10 minutes. Remove from heat; stir, cover, allow to cool and refrigerate for 12 hours. Most of the residue will be left behind if you carefully pour liquid into another container before you reheat. Next, bring just to a boil, then remove from heat. Strain with a fine mesh strainer, cap and refrigerate (do not freeze). Add 60-90 mL to an equal part of boiled water and consume 1-3x daily, before meals.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have been diagnosed with a medical condition or if you are taking prescription medications. Do not take this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Reduce dosage or discontinue use if you experience diarrhoea or watery stools.
